The Procurement Handbook provides practical guidance to assist University staff comply with the University’s Procurement Policy and Procedure; and Procurement Probity Policy and Procedure, and in doing so ensure that ethical and sound purchasing practices underpin the achievement of value for money outcomes for the University.
