The Research & Research Training (RRT) portfolio provides leadership in setting the quality, standards and policy agenda in higher degree research. The portfolio's key roles are to: contribute to the University strategic goals for recruitment and support of increased numbers of higher degree research (HDR) candidates; develop quality and performance standards and initiatives that improve outcomes in HDR education; and enhance HDR student development and academic opportunities, including innovative approaches to research training.
